Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Requests for registration cancellation/refunds, the register’s full name and the acceptable reasons must be given in writing email to the TAO office: tao.taiwan@msa.hinet.net in advance. The cancellation will not be effective until is acknowledged by the Secretariat. The request email must obtain

  1. A Full refund will be given via online if the request is made within 10 days of the payment.
  2. 10% of the original registration fee will be charged to the cancellation lodged after 10 days of the payment. The refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the congress.
  3. No cancellation requests will be accepted after November 10th, 2024 (GMT+8).
